moyer34andGitHub 9ff35a6dac Added RomM to Miscellaneous section 
Added the RomM retro game library manager to Miscellaneous. RomM allows basic game file management, pulling in metadata from IGDB, with more file management features on the roadmap. Note that RomM itself has no dependencies out of the user's control, but its use of the IGDB database requires a Twitch account.

moyer34andGitHub f9a5453978 Added Upsnap to Miscellaneous (#3835) 
Uptime allows centralized WOL management from a web dashboard. Each system added can display current up/down status, and the user can wake systems from the GUI.
